If your purchase isn’t the perfect match, you can return or exchange it hassle-free within 14 days of receiving your order.

How It Works

  1. Submit Your Request
    Contact our support team at [support@theoutback.co.za] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Prepare Your Item
    Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Footwear should be returned in its original box.

  3. Ship It Back
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for shipping. Depending on your location, a small return shipping fee may apply.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through The Outback.

  • For limited-edition or final-sale pieces, returns may not be eligible — this will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability due to the exclusivity of our drops.
