If your purchase isn’t the perfect match, you can return or exchange it hassle-free within 14 days of receiving your order.
How It Works

Submit Your Request
Contact our support team at [support@theoutback.co.za] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange. -
Prepare Your Item
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Footwear should be returned in its original box. -
Ship It Back
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for shipping. Depending on your location, a small return shipping fee may apply. -
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
